We would like to offer 2 options:

Option 1
Day1 - Departure from Cape Town to Sofia
Day2 - Arrival at Sofia
Day3 - After breakfast departure for the famous Rila Monastery .Drive to Sandanski SPA. Visit to Melnik and wine  tasting of Melnikk wines, sightseeing of the town of
Melnik, Rozhen Monastery and Bansko. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day4 - After breakfast Depart to Plovdiv second biggest city in Bulgaria , sightseeing of the Old Town. Visit to the Bachkovo Monastery. Wine tasting in Assenovgrad Winery, the producer of Mavrud wines. Overnight and dinner.
Day 5 - Breakfast. Travel to the little town of Troyan, tasting of Troyan Brandies. Tour of the museum town of Koprivshtitsa. Lunches and dinner with traditional Bulgarian cuisine and folklore entertainment. Overnight.
Day 6  After breakfast departure to Plovdiv. Leisure time . Afternoon departure to Todorov Winery- wine tasting and welfare dinner. Later back to Plovdiv. Overnight.
Day 7 Breakfast .departure to Sofia. Sightseeing of the capital of Bulgaria. Visit
Museums and Alexandar Nevski Cathedral. Leisure. Welfare dinner .
Day 8  Departure from Sofia to Cape Town.
Day 9  Arrival in Cape Town.

Option 2
Day 1 - departure from Cape Town to Sofia.
Day 2 - Arrival in Sofia. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner , overnight.
Day 3 - Departure for Plovdiv- sightseeing of the Old town and drive to the Bachkovo Monastery. Visit and wine tasting in Assenovgrad Winery. Overnight and diner.
Day 4 - Departure after breakfast for the town of Kazanluk. Visit a tomb of Zews III ,drive trough the Freedom pass Shipka lunch . Drive to the Etura, architectural-ethnographic ,open-air museum and Veliko Tarnovo - the medieval capital of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom. Overnight and diner.
Day 5 - Breakfast and departure to Wine tasting in Lyaskovets Winery and Suhyndol Winery. Visit to Arbanassi village and drive for Troyan Brendies tasting . Overnight and diner.
Day 6 - After breakfast tour to museum town Koprivshtitsa . Departure for Sofia.
Welfare diner with folklore program.
Day 7 - Departure from Sofia to cape town
Day 8 - Arrival in Cape Town
