Day 1
Arrival Sofia airport and transfer to Dvoretsa Spa - Velingrad – 130 km from Sofia. Accommodation. Meeting with the kinesitherapists - Pilates instructors, massage and LPG practitioners. Programme presentation.
Day 2 – 11
Active physical programme aimed to body modelling by means of sustainable lipides (fat) burning under control of experienced instructors. Guaranteed loss of 4-5 kg and more, firmer and strengthened body.
Day 12
Departure. Guided city break in Sofia.
Price is per 1 to 6 persons, accommodated in standard double rooms and include :
