The Congress Center is the largest multipurpose complex in South Eastern Europe, designed to host both conference and cultural activities. Reservations
To be made in advance. All reservations are subject to availability.
Child Policies
Children under 2 years sharing with 2 adults: No Charge
Children under 12 years sharing with 2 adults: 50% of adults fee
Deposits
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any reservation. Final payment
Must reach us 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be accompanied by full payment or guaranteed by Credit Card.
Payment
We accept any form of payment , however a 3% service charge might in some cases be levied for Credit Card payments.
Cancellations
Must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply.
More than 60 days before departure = 25% of tour price.
Between 31-59 days before departure =50% of tour price
Less than 30 days before departure = no refund.
Refunds
Should the tourist cancel any of his services less than 30 days prior to departure or during the tour , no refunds will be made.
Itineraries
Prices , routes , places of interest , restaurants and service providers are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are quoted in ZAR, however could be converted into other currencies should you require this. Although no minimum passengers are required for any tour , a surcharge might in some cases be applicable for one person.
Insurance
All passengers are requested to make their own arrangements for Medical Insurance, Health Requirements and Passport & Visa arrangements.
Liability
All Services are undertaken in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions of ROZIGAL TOUR Services and their servants and agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss , damage , injury , accident , delay and inconvenience to any person , or his or her luggage or personal property , wherever the same shall occur and whether the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of Rozigal Tour Services ,their servants or agents or any other persons directly or indirectly in the employment of service of the company or otherwise under any circumstance whatsoever.
